Nearly five years ago I touched down in London weighed down by two enormous bags and a desire to lead a more creative life. Over the past five years I’ve built a career as a freelance photographer, specializing in portraiture. 

My work is inspired by the light, silly and ridiculous aspects of life. I am particularly drawn to things that are familiar, nostalgic and often slightly awkward; something that can be intensely felt, but difficult to put into words. 

Through photography I’ve had the opportunity to meet fascinating characters and to be welcomed into a wide variety of lives and homes. I delight in this opportunity and believe it shows in my images.
